Please provide the information you'd like engraved on your plaques - please choose three:

• Name
  (Your name or you and your partner's name)
• Location
  (e.g. Olympia, ExCeL - useful if you've done multiple events in the same city)
• Date
  (Please specify your preferred format, e.g. 4 Dec 2024 / December 4th)
• Finish Time
  (Recommended to be engraved on its own at the bottom of the plaque)
• Percentile
  (Your race ranking/stat)
